Product reliability and employee qualification
As an established supplier to the Indian industry and the multinational manufacturing companies based in India since 1997 PMPE today knows how to manufacture highly reliable components for Industrial, Automation Control/Motor Drives, Power Control/Power Management, Millitery Telecom and Aerospace.

As a means of producing extremely high product quality, regular courses of employees have proven especially valuable. Such courses are conducted at PMPE in the fields of winding, wiring, soldering and bonding, among others. In addition, bi-lingual instructions are displayed prominently in the relevant areas on production floor for the employees to refer and read to upgrade their knowledge. PMPE R & D and development team are kept up dated to the state of the art in the domains of metallurgy and insulation technology.
